Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which RadioRando collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the RadioRando app("App") and http:// website("Site").

Personal identification information -

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our app, register on the app, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our App. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain App related activities.

Non-personal identification information -

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our App. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of device and technical information about Users means of connection to our App, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.We use regular Malware Scanning.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

Sharing your personal information -

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

RadioRando has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms -

By using RadioRando app, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Copyright Policy

RadioRando respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect you to do the same.

Account Suspension or Termination

• Your account may be suspended or terminated for multiple copyright violations or other violations of the Terms of Use.

Copyright Infringement Notification (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that your copyright-protected work was posted on RadioRando’s site or app, or otherwise hosted by RadioRando, without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notification to our grievance officer Mr. Dhanavikram The notification must include the following:
• An email address, physical address or phone number so that we and the uploader of your work can contact you.
• A clear and complete description of your work that you believe has been infringed
• The URL or other identifying location of the allegedly infringing work.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative of the copyright owner. To satisfy this requirement, you may type your full legal name (not that of a company) at the bottom of your notification

What does Company use the collected User Information for?

Company uses the User Information to:
• Enable and facilitate usage of the Website/Application including enforcing the Company’s Terms of Use
• To send mandatory and opted notifications to Users
• To communicate with the User
• For payment and billing when a user purchases virtual currency to access the Services and/or any other offerings by the Company which is not free
• Improve the functioning of the Website/Application and the Services (such as introducing new features and enhancing security measures to protect Users and Published Works)
• Improve the User experience by customisation, personalisation and optimisation
• Managing the Website/Application which includes troubleshooting, analysis, conducting surveys, understanding the nature of Users etc
• Building communities amongst the Users

Third-party disclosure

All information submitted in your copyright infringement notification may be made public in any way by RadioRando or a third party.

Copyright Infringement Counter-Notification

If you receive a copyright infringement notification that you believe to be in error, you may provide us with a counter-notification. It must include the following:
• Your contact information, including your full legal name (not that of a company), an email address, a physical address, and a phone number. If you are an authorized representative of the uploader, such as an attorney, please be sure to specify your relationship to the uploader.
• Identify the location, including any URL, of the work that has been removed or disabled.
• And the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
• The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative of the copyright owner. To satisfy this requirement, you may type your full legal name (not that of a company) at the bottom of your electronic counter-notification.

The counter-notification process may take up to 10 business days to complete, so please be patient. During this time, the copyright claimant may file an action seeking a court order to keep the content down. Please note that we will forward the entire counter notice to the copyright claimant, including any personal information you provide, and the counter notice may be made public. The claimant may use this information to file a lawsuit against you.
The decision to re-post any material is at RadioRando’s sole discretion.

Payments and Products

(a) You can subscribe to our Premium plan with monthly billing. The payment processor for this transaction is Stripe Inc. (stripe.com). Once you subscribe to our Premium plan, the due amount is immediately charged from the credit card that you entered. We do not offer any refunds.
(b) You can cancel your Premium Subscription anytime, however cancelling your subscription will mean that you won’t have any access to Premium features.
(c) Your subscription is automatically renewed every month. In order to cancel this renewal you will have to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
(d) We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.
(e) You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
(f) You acknowledge that we reserve the right to discontinue the Website services, in whole or in part, at any time.
